Christmas afternoon was spent on Rowley Shore...Lots of family (it just keeps growing and growing!) tons of wonderful gifts, a delicious roast beef & yorkshire pudding dinner complete with a very festive risotto and brussel sprouts. It was all topped off by another buche de noel; this one made by our very own AT--complete with meringue mushrooms! 2 buches in 2 days. Wow! And as I said in my last post, I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful family!
